  1. Complete Frida’s free ADHD symptoms test to measure your symptoms and find out if Frida can help.
  2. Book your diagnostic assessment call with one of our expert clinicians.
  3. Complete four forms (ASRS Part B, WFIRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7, Medical assessment form) in advance of your evaluation (takes about 20 minutes).
