Instructions

  1. For couples or patients in a relationship planning to parent together or provide gametes, all individuals will require referral and assessment prior to commencing treatment.
  2. When completing the consent for medical information release, both partners MUST sign if applicable, and the consent MUST be witnessed by a separate individual.
  3. Patients who would like to have a language interpreter or support person present are welcome to make these arrangements ahead of time. If registered as a couple, both partners must provide written consent for a support person to be present.

Clinical and research interests include general infertility, operative gynecology, patient safety and patient quality improvement, fertility preservation and premature ovarian failure, advanced reproductive technology, embryo implantation, menopause and polycystic ovarian syndrome, weight and reproduction, uterine fibroids, optimizing IVF cycles for poor ovarian responders, and reproductive ethics. Involved in developing clinical practice guidelines for reproductive medicine.
