Enloe Health employees and medical staff members living outside of Butte County, and members of their households, are also eligible. We accept Medicare and most private insurances. Schedule an Appointment Enloe Health & Wellness Primary Care is located at 1601 Esplanade, Suite 3, in Chico. To schedule an appointment, call 530-332-7148. We are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed from noon to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please be sure to sign up for MyChart before your appointment.
