  4. 4Payments are made in advance of testing through E-billing and payment.
  5. 5Contact the clinic by email or leaving a phone message, with patient's name, on our answering service.
  6. 6Messages are returned in 7 to 10 Business days.
  7. 7The patient, child, must be part of all assessment visits.
  8. 8Email is the preferred communication for ACTIVE Patients.
  9. 9Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
