Instructions

  1. New Food Bank clients, please call to make an appointment for an initial intake.
  2. For VITA tax preparation, bring Proof of Identification, Social Security Cards for all family members, wage and earning statements (W-2, 1099), interest/dividend statements, last year's tax returns (if available), bank account info for direct deposit, and daycare provider's tax ID (if applicable).
  3. For married-filing-joint tax returns, both spouses must be present to sign required forms.
