Instructions
- New Food Bank clients, please call to make an appointment for an initial intake.
- For VITA tax preparation, bring Proof of Identification, Social Security Cards for all family members, wage and earning statements (W-2, 1099), interest/dividend statements, last year's tax returns (if available), bank account info for direct deposit, and daycare provider's tax ID (if applicable).
- For married-filing-joint tax returns, both spouses must be present to sign required forms.
