Children and young adults (ages 5 to college) with ADHD, behavioral challenges, executive functioning disorders, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, and autism.

Instructions

  1. A 50% deposit ($1375) must be made two weeks prior to the appointment for private pay clients.
  2. All fees are due before or on the day of testing.
  3. Please let us know if your child has any food allergies or intolerances; you may want to bring snacks for your child.
