Instructions

  1. 5 days before testing do not take Alavert, Allegra or Allegra-D, Clarinex, Claritin, Cetirizine, Fexofenadine, Loratadine, Levocetirizine, Xyzal, Hydroxyzine, Zyrtec.
  2. 2 days before testing do not take Benadryl, Nyquil, Tylenol PM, or other over-the-counter Cold, Allergy, or Nighttime medications.
  3. Complete New Patient Forms BEFORE your visit.
