Instructions

  1. Schedule your exam at least 2 weeks after end of last chemotherapy cycle; 6-8 weeks after surgery; 12 weeks after radiation.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  3. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and avoid wearing jewelry, zippers and snaps.

Getting Here

  1. From the North/South/West: Go east on Hwy 62 (Crosstown) to France Avenue exit, turn right.
  2. Turn left onto 65th Street and take immediate right into Southdale Medical Center parking lot.
  3. From the East: Go west on Hwy 62 (Crosstown) to France Avenue exit, turn left.
