Instructions

  1. Online scheduling for flu shots is only available for adults 19 and older. Please call the office for children’s flu shots, or if you need to schedule more than one vaccine (ie..covid shot also).
  2. For fasting lab appointments, only drink plain water for twelve hours before your lab draw. Do not eat anything.
  3. If you take medication in the morning, please follow your provider’s instructions for the morning of your lab draw.
