  1. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for check-in.
  2. Bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and past medical records/test results if you are a new patient.
  3. For procedures at HVEC, bring your driver's license or picture ID, insurance card(s), medical history forms, list of current medications, glasses for reading, and the name/phone number of the person picking you up.

Getting Here

  1. The Endoscopy Center is located in Suite 202 at 400 Westage Business Center Dr. in Fishkill, on the 2nd floor.
  2. It is to the right if using stairs, or to the left if using the elevator.
