  1. You should not eat or drink anything beginning 8 hours from your surgery.
  2. Bring a photo ID such as a driver’s license, your insurance card, and your consent forms.
  3. It is important that you do NOT drive home after receiving any anesthesia. We require someone to stay at the center during surgery if you are not utilizing medical transportation.
