- Our Fort Payne office is located on Medical Center Drive SW, adjacent to the Dekalb Regional Medical Center.
- Turn off of AL Hwy 35 onto Medical Center Drive, and when the road forks, go left and continue up a small incline.
- The entrance to the OB/GYN area is the door on the right side, and the Pediatrics area entrance is on the left side.
