Instructions

  1. New patients should fill out and bring the required documents to their first visit.
  2. Stop certain medications (Oral Anti-Histamines, Nasal Sprays, Eye Drops, Herbal Supplements, Doxylamine, Dimenhydrinate, H2 Blockers, Amitriptyline) 5 full days prior to allergy skin testing.
  3. Continue all asthma medications (inhalers, Singulair, Xyflo, prednisone) as prescribed.

Getting Here

  1. From I-385 N, take exit 39 for Haywood Road, turn left onto Haywood Road, then right onto Woods Lake Road.
  2. Apex will be on the left.
  3. From I-385 S, take exit 39 for Haywood Road, turn right onto Haywood Road, then right onto Woods Lake Road.
