Instructions
- New patients should fill out and bring the required documents to their first visit.
- Stop certain medications (Oral Anti-Histamines, Nasal Sprays, Eye Drops, Herbal Supplements, Doxylamine, Dimenhydrinate, H2 Blockers, Amitriptyline) 5 full days prior to allergy skin testing.
- Continue all asthma medications (inhalers, Singulair, Xyflo, prednisone) as prescribed.
Getting Here
- From I-385 N, take exit 39 for Haywood Road, turn left onto Haywood Road, then right onto Woods Lake Road.
- Apex will be on the left.
- From I-385 S, take exit 39 for Haywood Road, turn right onto Haywood Road, then right onto Woods Lake Road.
