  1. If you suspect you have measles and are high risk, do not enter the hospital and put on a mask. Call 519-364-2340 ext.0 to connect to a health care provider for next steps. Wait in your vehicle as an isolation space is prepared.
  2. For outpatient lab services, a HDH Lab requisition is required. Services are available Monday-Friday from 9am – 12pm by booked appointment. Call Patient Registration/Appointment Booking Office at 519-364-2340 ext. 260 to book.
  3. Bring your health card when calling to book an appointment.
