Instructions

  1. New clients will undergo an all-inclusive dental assessment, x-rays, and a periodontal examination. These are required to be finished prior to the dental clinic administering any dental care (excluding treatments offered during drop-in visits). A cleaning will not be part of the initial appointment.
  2. If new clients can provide diagnostic-quality x-rays taken by another dental professional within the previous year, they can opt out of having x-rays done at our clinic.
  3. For patients who need to cancel an appointment, it is requested that they inform the clinic with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If a patient does not appear for their scheduled appointment without giving adequate notice, all of their upcoming appointments will be canceled, barring emergency situations.
