Public Funding Adults only for Internal Medicine, Urology, Podiatry, and Surgical Services. Pediatrics from birth to 18 years. Family Medicine for 5 years and up.

  1. To obtain an appointment with one of our Specialty Providers you will need to contact your primary care provider for a referral.
  2. If family or friends wish to bring in outside food, please check with the nursing or dietary staff beforehand.
