  1. TO GAIN ACCESS TO OUR OFFICE YOU WILL NEED AN APPOINTMENT THE OFFICE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE NUMBER AT 208-522-6271.
  2. We are scheduling all appointments by phone in order to reduce walk in patients to the office and assist with social distancing.
  3. Anyone needing glasses dispense, contact lens dispense, glasses repair or to see the doctors will need to call to schedule an appointment.
