Instructions

  1. For questions about cancer screening, talk with your primary care provider.
  2. For colorectal cancer screening, regular screenings are recommended at age 45 for average risk individuals. Earlier screening may be needed with family history.
  3. For mammogram screening, women ages 40-44 can choose annual screenings, and women ages 45-54 should get mammograms every year. Check with your insurance provider for coverage details.
