  1. Our East Knox Health Center accepts patients by appointment only. Call 1-866-231-4477 to make an appointment.
  2. If you think you will run out of your medicine before your next appointment, call your pharmacy and let them know at least three days before you run out.
  3. Provide us with your prescription information, as well as the name and phone number of the pharmacy where it is currently being filled to transfer your prescription.
