Instructions

  1. Patients will be asked to defer an appointment or an elective operation IF the delay will not adversely impact their health or their condition.
  2. Only one support person will be allowed to accompany a patient into the office.
  3. Patients who have a cough, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms or a fever of 100.4 or greater must call the office in advance, so accommodations can be made to provide care. Those patients will enter and exit the office through a separate door.
