Instructions
- Patients will be asked to defer an appointment or an elective operation IF the delay will not adversely impact their health or their condition.
- Only one support person will be allowed to accompany a patient into the office.
- Patients who have a cough, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms or a fever of 100.4 or greater must call the office in advance, so accommodations can be made to provide care. Those patients will enter and exit the office through a separate door.
