Individuals seeking timely medical attention for minor lacerations, fractures, or eye infections, among other specialized services.

Instructions

  1. A valid OHIP Card is required at all times and must be presented at every visit.
  2. If you do not have a valid OHIP card, you will be charged a fee of $50.00 for each medical visit per person.
  3. For residents of provinces other than Ontario (and excluding Quebec), a valid provincial health care must be presented at every visit.

  1. Located in the Boxgrove Medical Arts Centre at the south east corner of the 407 and 9th Line.
