Instructions
- Transportation appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance for I-15 corridor pickups, and 1 week for other routes.
- All DAV van riders must be ambulatory.
- DAV van drivers are only allowed to stop for rest stops, emergencies, and to pick up and drop off passengers.
