Instructions

  1. Transportation appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance for I-15 corridor pickups, and 1 week for other routes.
  2. All DAV van riders must be ambulatory.
  3. DAV van drivers are only allowed to stop for rest stops, emergencies, and to pick up and drop off passengers.
