  1. Routine (no special problems) physicals and PAP smear appointments should be made two months in advance.
  2. For pregnancy tests, the urine specimen should be the first one of the morning.
  3. For pregnancy tests, the fee is payable at the time of service.

  1. The Obstetrics practice at 330 Washington Street, Suite 340, is located in the medical building at Backus Hospital, less than 100 yards from the birthing center.
  2. To find it, take a right into Backus' main entrance, follow signs to the right towards the Medical Office Building, park in the second parking lot on the left titled 'Patient Parking', take the elevator to the third floor, and the OB Office is straight ahead to the left at Suite 340.
