Patient & Visitor Experience

Instructions

  1. For cycle monitoring, email [email protected] or contact your physician's office.
  2. If not a CReATe patient but interested in egg donation, gestational carrier (surrogacy), and/or sperm donation, fill out a self-referral form for a free consultation.
  3. Payments for cryo-storage fees must be made online through the Embryo Options platform using Visa and Mastercard only.

Getting Here

  1. The closest subway stations are Queen's Park Station or College Station, about a 5 to 7 minute walk to CReATe.
  2. If traveling by train, the GO train or VIA train can be taken to Union Station.
  3. From there, take the subway to Queen's Park or College Station.

On-Site Facilities

In-house lab, in-house genetic screening, in-house surgical services (including office hysteroscopy), in-house Dilatation and Curettage (D&C) procedures, on-site ultrasound testing, CReATe Cord Blood Bank and CReATe Biobank.

Parking Information

Public parking is available in the building and nearby areas. Parking rates downtown vary from $3-4 hourly or $15-25 daily.
