- For cycle monitoring, email [email protected] or contact your physician's office.
- If not a CReATe patient but interested in egg donation, gestational carrier (surrogacy), and/or sperm donation, fill out a self-referral form for a free consultation.
- Payments for cryo-storage fees must be made online through the Embryo Options platform using Visa and Mastercard only.
Getting Here
- The closest subway stations are Queen's Park Station or College Station, about a 5 to 7 minute walk to CReATe.
- If traveling by train, the GO train or VIA train can be taken to Union Station.
- From there, take the subway to Queen's Park or College Station.
