- 3Bring your insurance card with you if billing insurance.
- 4Do not call for life-threatening situations; call 911.
- 5If seriously ill or injured, go to your nearest hospital Emergency Department.
- 6For non-life threatening, yet urgent concerns, call the office.
- 7Phones are not answered between 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
- 8If you reach the machine, you may leave a message, request a call back, or try again later.
- 9If you do not receive a response within 30 minutes after hours, call again. If no response the second time, go to an Urgent Care Center or Hospital Emergency Department.
- 10For non-medical issues, email staff.
