- Patients who have been accepted to TOHPC can access group programs, such as Patient Education and Resource Session (PERS) (all new patients in the clinic must take this course) and Workshops (open to existing patients only. Find the password in your MyChart account).

- TOHPC is in the Critical Care Wing (CCW) at the General Campus of The Ottawa Hospital at 501 Smyth Road in Ottawa.
- Room 1550, just across from the staircase.
- Enter through the CCW doors.
