Instructions
- Get a referral from your midwife, doctor, nurse, or social worker and fax it to the clinic.
- Once your referral is received, you will be contacted by the clinic to book your appointment.
- Virtual appointments and MSP coverage are available from pregnancy to 6 weeks postpartum only.
