Instructions

  1. Bring your valid hospitalization card along with your requisition to your appointment.
  2. Fasting is required for some tests (ACTH, Cholesterol, Fasting Glucose, Homocysteine, Lipid Panel, Lactose Tolerance, Glucose Tolerance (GTT), Parathyroid Hormone (PTH), Triglycerides) for a minimum of 12 hours. Only water in small quantities is allowed during fasting.
