Instructions
- Bring your valid hospitalization card along with your requisition to your appointment.
- Fasting is required for some tests (ACTH, Cholesterol, Fasting Glucose, Homocysteine, Lipid Panel, Lactose Tolerance, Glucose Tolerance (GTT), Parathyroid Hormone (PTH), Triglycerides) for a minimum of 12 hours. Only water in small quantities is allowed during fasting.
