  2. If visit is due to work-related accident or illness, Valley Medical Center will bill the Washington State Department of Labor & Industry or other Employer Self Insured Workman’s Compensation programs.
  3. If you prefer to receive only preventive care during your visit, let your provider know at the beginning of your visit.

  1. The Emergency Department is located in the South Tower, 3rd Floor.
  2. The closest parking is in Parking G, located in the South Tower underground garage on 43rd Street, directly below the Emergency Department.
  3. Limited, temporary parking is available in front of the ED for patient drop-off.
