- If visit is due to work-related accident or illness, Valley Medical Center will bill the Washington State Department of Labor & Industry or other Employer Self Insured Workman’s Compensation programs.
- If you prefer to receive only preventive care during your visit, let your provider know at the beginning of your visit.

- The closest parking is in Parking G, located in the South Tower underground garage on 43rd Street, directly below the Emergency Department.
- Limited, temporary parking is available in front of the ED for patient drop-off.
