Best Fit Patients

Children with developmental disabilities or developmental concerns, including those with Autism spectrum disorder, Fragile X Syndrome, speech/hearing conditions, behavioral/emotional concerns, developmental delays, or cognitive concerns.

Instructions

  1. Children two and older and their caregivers, as well as providers, are required to wear masks at all times while in the clinic.
  2. If your child is unable to wear a mask, consider telehealth evaluations.
  3. If you are from out of the state of Utah, you will need to schedule an in-person visit.
