  2. Call the office to add an email to your file if you prefer email appointments.
  3. Bring Health Card, Medication List or Medications, one support person, Blood pressure readings (if you take home BP's), and 24 hour urine sample (if requested by the nephrologist) to your appointment.

Getting Here

  1. Inside St. Paul's Hospital, Room 434.
  2. Enter at the Avenue R Entrance (Old Nursing Residence), follow the hallway to the main hospital, elevators are on either side of the construction.
  3. Go to the 2nd floor, follow the signs marked Nephrology Clinic.
