  3. For immigration medicals, bring all immigration documents, passport and photo identification, eyeglasses and/or hearing aids if required, a book or hobby, quiet toys for children, and a list of current medications and prior medical conditions from your family doctor.

  1. Pleasantview Medicentres is located inside the Rexall pharmacy on 111th Street and 51st Avenue, across from Southgate Mall.
  2. Dickinsfield Medicentres is joined to the Rexall pharmacy in a residential area in northeast Edmonton.
  3. Heritage Village Medicentres is located in the strip mall at 111th Street and 23rd Avenue, just down from Sobeys and close to the Century Park LRT stop.
