  1. For urgent medical questions and concerns, medical providers can be reached 24-hours a day during non-office hours by calling the answering service number.
  2. For medical emergencies, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
  3. Please note that we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel an appointment. Otherwise a $35.00 fee will be applied to your account.
