Instructions

  1. All patients must arrive by 3pm for Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic.
  2. Injury/Acute Pain must be 30 days or less for Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic.
  3. Insurance is required or pre-pay $250 for Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic.
