- Reschedule or change to a phone or telehealth appointment if you or your child has a fever over 38 degrees Celsius or chills, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, loss of appetite, extreme fatigue, or body aches.

- Our office is on the 5th floor.
- There is street parking or underground pay parking (entrance via the alleyway behind the building).
- If your appointment is after 5:00 PM, the office door will be locked; please wait outside the door and the doctor will let you in.
