- For COVID-19 policies: In certain circumstances, a rapid antigen test for COVID-19 with a negative result may be required for an in-person visit.
- If tested positive for COVID-19 and fully vaccinated, wait a minimum of 5 days and be symptom-free before requesting an in-person visit.
