Patients experiencing any type of foot and ankle discomfort or disorder, seeking comprehensive podiatric care including surgery and custom orthotics.

Instructions

  1. Call as soon as possible if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed.
  2. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
  3. Patients will receive appropriate documentation to send to their provider for reimbursement as direct billing is not offered.
