Instructions
- For CT Imaging Examinations, do not eat for 4 hours prior, only clear liquids. Take medications with clear liquids. Some patients may need to drink oral contrast 2 hours prior to appointment.
- For CT Examination of Head/Neck/Chest with Contrast, do not eat or drink for 4 hours prior. Take all medications as directed.
- For CT Examination of Pelvis with or without Contrast, do not eat or drink for 4 hours prior. Drink first bottle of contrast 2 hours prior, second bottle 60 minutes prior.
