  1. From street level, use the entrance off 12th, by the passenger drop off, to avoid having to wander through the shopping area.
  2. Use the West Tower elevator (not West Heritage tower!) to the 3rd floor.

Our clinic has large exam rooms and hallways to allow space for wheelchairs and walkers. We have automatic front doors that are often left propped open. Our exam room chairs are rated to 550 lb. A gender-neutral washroom is available in the clinic, and public washrooms are in the shared hallway on the third floor.
