Accuro EMR is the operating brand of QHR Technologies, a subsidiary of Loblaw Companies Limited. If your clinic runs Accuro, this guide covers the sign-in link, how Accuro ONE ID and multi-factor authentication work, and what to do when login fails.
Need the login now? Sign in to Accuro Cloud. Use your Accuro ONE ID and MFA. For access help, call Accuro Support at 1-866-729-8889, option 0.
Where do you log in to Accuro?
Accuro publishes two entry points, and your clinic’s setup decides which one you use:
| Your setup | Where to sign in | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Accuro Cloud | https://login.accuro.cloud/ or https://accuro.cloud |
You authenticate with your Accuro ONE ID and password, then select the Accuro app from the Citrix StoreFront. Your browser may download an .ica file that opens in Citrix Workspace. |
| Local installation | The Accuro desktop icon or Windows Start menu | You sign in with the Accuro username and password your clinic administrator issued. Local access normally starts from the clinic-approved desktop route. |
Official Accuro Cloud sign-in: login.accuro.cloud. Use the sign-in URL your clinic or Accuro has supplied. If a page looks unfamiliar, pause and confirm it with your clinic administrator before entering credentials.
Accuro login: what to expect
Cloud sign-in has three layers, and each can fail separately:
- Accuro ONE ID. Your identity account for Accuro Cloud. Accuro says Cloud users can reset their own passwords through ONE ID.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA). Accuro requires MFA for ONE ID on Cloud accounts. Follow the second-factor step that Accuro ONE ID presents.
- Citrix. After authentication, the Accuro app launches through Citrix StoreFront. If the
.icafile downloads but the app does not open, Citrix may be part of the problem.
When Accuro login goes wrong
Capture the exact error and time, check whether colleagues can sign in, then follow the route below. The table follows Accuro’s support routing, so you reach the right team on the first call.
| Symptom | Likely cause | First step | Who to call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forgot password (Cloud) | ONE ID credential | Self-serve reset through ONE ID | Accuro Support, option 0 if reset fails |
| MFA code never arrives | Second-factor setup issue | Verify your device in ONE ID settings | Accuro Support, option 0 |
.ica file downloads but nothing opens |
Citrix Workspace missing or outdated | Install or update Citrix Workspace | Accuro Support, option 0 |
| Accuro freezes, will not open, or runs slowly | Local technical issue | Capture the error, confirm whether other staff are affected, then restart outside a charting session if safe | Accuro Support, option 2 |
| Cannot reach the login page at all | Network or access issue | Confirm the address with your clinic administrator | Accuro Support, option 0 |
Accuro Support: 1-866-729-8889. Option 0 covers password reset, MFA, ONE ID and Citrix. Option 1 covers billing, submissions and fee codes. Option 2 covers technical issues including freezing, faxing, printing and scanning. Option 3 covers labs and setting up connections to a new lab. (Source: Accuro Client EMR Support.)
How do I add or manage users in Accuro?
Accuro says its Admin Centre, improved through 2025, lets clinic administrators manage users and assign or adjust licences in real time. Accuro describes these as 2025 Admin Centre improvements. Ask your clinic administrator which access steps apply at your clinic.
Can Cortico work inside Accuro?
Yes, and Accuro’s own Marketplace is the source: it lists Cortico Appointment Reminders and Cortico Video Visits as “Integrated with Accuro EMR.” Cortico reminders read your clinic’s Accuro schedule, send SMS and email reminders, and write confirmation and cancellation statuses back into Accuro in real time. Video appointments appear in Accuro like in-person visits.
Accuro Marketplace says confirmation and cancellation statuses update in Accuro in real time. Ask Cortico how that workflow applies to your clinic configuration.

Background: who owns Accuro (optional)
Skip this section if you just need access.

Clinic managers ask us who is behind Accuro, because the name on the invoice has changed over the years. Here is the verified timeline. Accuro is not a TELUS Health product - a common mix-up, because TELUS Health sells other EMRs.
| Year | What happened | Why it matters to your clinic |
|---|---|---|
| 2019 | Accuro reported active work across six provinces: BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Nova Scotia. | Accuro’s provincial coverage, including western referral and wait-list workflows, was already broad. |
| Feb 2021 | Accuro described Accuro Cloud as the next stage of its cloud transition. | Hosting moved from clinic servers toward vendor-managed cloud. |
| Oct 2023 | Accuro said a majority of users had moved to Cloud; ONE ID with MFA arrived, along with Admin Centre user creation and self-serve password resets. | This documented the Cloud login flow for users who had transitioned. |
| 2025 | Accuro said it added the CPP Flex Panel, Encounter Note improvements, AI Scribe pilots, task and document automation, and drag-and-drop appointment rescheduling. Accuro also said clinics perform about 30,000 appointment-drag actions weekly and some users save up to 500 clicks per day. | These are Accuro vendor-reported workflow figures from its 2025 review, not Cortico measurements. |
| Mar 2026 | QHR Technologies announced it would operate under the Accuro name. Contracts stay with the legal entity QHR Technologies, so agreements did not need changing. | Your paperwork still says QHR. Nothing to action. |
| Today | Accuro is QHR Technologies’ operating brand; QHR is a wholly owned Loblaw subsidiary, headquartered in Kelowna, BC. | Accuro’s corporate pages claim 25,000+ providers and 70,000+ users; its support page says 19,000+ providers. We quote both rather than pick one. |
