- Notify doctor if taking Coumadin, Plavix or any other blood thinner.
- Notify doctor and staff if you have an insulin pump; bring supplies to reconnect.

- Located at 1450 Ellis Street (Corner of Highland Blvd. and Ellis Street), approximately 3 blocks north of Main Street or 1 mile south of Kagy Blvd. The surgery center is the lower level of a two-story facility with the entrance under the northwest covered drive.
- Directly across the street from Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
- To the north of the center are the Bozeman softball fields.
