  2. 2Please give yourself enough time to find parking if it is busy.
  3. 3For off-hours appointments (evenings and weekends) please buzz at the SOUTH door to get let into the building. Then take the SOUTH elevator (the north elevator needs a key during off hours) to the third floor.
  4. 4Please remember that their is a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelations, else a 50% fee charge. Less than 1 hour cancelation notice including no-showing results in a full fee charge. This policy is strictly enforced.
  5. 5Please arrive at the time of, or slightly early, for your appointment.
