Instructions

  1. For first massage appointment, fill out a brief form beforehand (allow 5 minutes).
  2. For 120-minute massage appointments, half the fee is required at booking and is refundable with 24 hours notice.
  3. For osteopathy treatments, arrive hydrated and wearing comfortable clothing (gym or yoga attire).
