  1. Our Chandler/Gilbert clinic is located at the border of the City of Chandler, Arizona and the Town of Gilbert, Arizona.
  2. Our cross streets are Cooper and Ray Rd. Our office complex is called Expansive but we are not in the front at the main entrance.
  3. We have our own entrance in one of the outbuildings just to the north of the main building.
