If you have a fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing AND in the 14 days prior to having symptoms, have been to a COVID-19 impacted area, OR in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, OR in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been to a COVID-19 impacted area, please delay your visit and call your Family Doctor or Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 for further directions.
  2. All clients will be required to complete a screening both prior to coming into the office and upon arrival.
  3. For the Fergus After-Hours Clinic, call (519) 787-2940 up to 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled opening time to speak to one of our staff members, as access is by appointment only.
