Instructions

  1. For Pap smear accuracy, avoid douching, sexual intercourse, and vaginal hygiene products for at least two days before testing. Do not conduct a Pap smear when menstruating.
  2. To minimize morning sickness, keep food in the stomach at all times, eat frequent small meals and snacks, eat slowly, and drink between meals instead of with them. Eat a small protein snack before bed and nibble on soda crackers in the morning if nauseous.
  3. If vomiting is severe or persistent during pregnancy, contact Dr. Stephanie Ricci immediately.
