  1. Kailua - Pali Palms: Located in the Pali Palms Building near the MCBH back-gate, across from the Aikahi Shopping Center, sharing a parking lot with Niko’s.
  2. Kailua - Medical Arts: Conveniently located in the Medical Arts Building in down-town Kailua.
  3. Hawaii Kai: Located in the Executive Center, right behind Outback Steakhouse, off the Kalaniana’ole Hwy in Hawaii Kai Towne Center Plaza.
