  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
  2. Patients should bring a copy a photo ID, a copy of their insurance card and current medications that they are taking.
  3. Patients should also arrive 15 minutes before their appointment for registration.

  2. Duke Urgent Care Knightdale is located near the intersection of US-64 and I-540.
  3. Duke Primary Care Waverly Place is about a mile east of US-1 and Tryon Road, next to the Waverly Place shopping center, behind the Whole Foods.
