  1. Please call our office first before coming in if you are ill to avoid the potential of unnecessarily exposing other patients and our staff.
  2. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cause schedule delays for your fellow patients at our office. If you are late to your appointment, we will likely need to reschedule your appointment.
  3. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations which must be received during business hours in order to avoid being charged a $200 no-show fee.
