- For virtual consultations, guardian(s) and child must be in one location within Ontario, connected to Zoom with working audio and webcam at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time.
- At least 3 business days' notice is required for rescheduling/cancelling initial virtual appointments to avoid a $150 fee.
