  2. For virtual consultations, guardian(s) and child must be in one location within Ontario, connected to Zoom with working audio and webcam at least 10 minutes prior to appointment time.
  3. At least 3 business days' notice is required for rescheduling/cancelling initial virtual appointments to avoid a $150 fee.
